Overview or residents’ status (Note general appearance of residents abilities, involvement in activities): -Residents were up, dressed and groomed. Several residents were gathered in the activity room for a piano program. Also in attendance were two dogs, one belonging to a staff member and another belonging to a Carol Woods resident.
