Expansion is necessary for all great nations that dream of becoming a world power. American Expansion will benefit other countries in many ways. Expansion of America isn't self-centered, it will not hurt these other countries, only help them. Many of the countries in the Pacific can't support themselves much longer and will realize that by America expanding into these countries, they will survive. It is America's job, as "The World's Constable" to help people when they are in need.
