given. I guess I really have mixed emotions about our system, although the flaws that I have mentioned make it one in which the odds are in favor of the accused. This can be a double-edged sword but I’m sure if I ever end up on the other side of the fence, rather than looking at it from a future lawyers perspective, I will be thankful that it is the way that it is.
