A new epidemic has hit our society and it seems to be effecting nearly all of our children. Many adults seem to also be suffering from the same “disorder”. Doctors are giving out prescriptions to try and control those “suffering” from this elusive and confusing condition. Arguments are abundant in the medical field over the cause.
