If it takes only a five pound bag of Anthrax to kill off the population of Washington D.C. then Saddam has enough to kill off the worlds population three times. Shifting winds and uncontrollable weather patterns may cause the gases to shift into villages and kill innocent civilians. Unless something is done to stop Hussein from using these weapons the world is a target.
