she dropped me off at my doorstep. I got out and thanked her, getting one last look at her plump beauty, before walking back into my house as the hero I felt like at the time. I conquered every dark road and corner of that god forsaken little town, and had a damned good time doing it. I popped into the shower and then into bed, and fell asleep to the melodic tunes of Incubus.
