Just think about it, even if you try restricting the age of buying appalling CD’s they’re still going to get them is they want them. Just like cigarettes, even though the age might be 18, kids are still determined with getting them.
Maybe you should just let this man use his way of art to express himself and abide by the 1st Amendment. There’s many different form of art and this is his.
