and get to sleep between 7 and 8 a.m., you should make an effort on your days off to adjust your schedule so you're not waking up at 6 a.m. Try going to bed at 2 a.m. so you're waking up at 9 or 10 a.m. That way, there are several hours of overlap in the hours you sleep between your days off and your days at work.
