The USA adaptation of the classic work Animal farm was entertaining and historically representative. The characters in the movie were all representing key elements in the Russian Revolution from start to end. The owner of the farm Mr. Jones is Czar Nicholas II who was the Czar of Russia before the revolution. Putting the actions into animals made the whole sequence of events seem clearer as to just how the Russian dream fell apart so easily due the greed of those in charge. Napoleon’s greed and tyranny worked just the same way. The events on the animal farm put the whole Russian Revolution in perspective and provide us with a better understanding of the actions that took place in Russia during the revolution.
