really good pay for this area. They tend to get shocked after the first 6 months when their pay turns to commission only. My company gives 6 months to earn a customer base and pays well during that time, after that it becomes commission only. We have a large turnover rate because of this, and I feel that it should be advertised what the average commission base really is, and not what the top sellers are making.
