THE WORKPLACE
Conflicts between stakeholders in the workplace bring about many impacts on society such as new/improved laws and legislation regarding different aspects of the workplace and price wars. During the industrial revolution there weren’t laws protecting the workers rights in regards to injury compensation, wages or work conditions. In the 1850’s, the Trade Union movement began in Australia and is continued today through the Labour Party.
