10b Evidence- As barbaric as the crimes the felons were convicted of, the death penalty is not cruel, and
certainly not unusual. Thirty-eight states support the death penalty, and use it to punish the most heinous crimes. The death penalty is no crueler than the crimes committed; the inmates are even treated to a last meal. That’s more than a victim gets.
