While technology is increasing, our brain power is decreasing. Since the advances in technology, S.A.T. scores have decreased steadily for 14 straight years. After listening to Daniel Greenburg’s speech my eyes opened and I realized that with advances in technology people rarely have to do things for themselves, which has caused “mind slump.”
We don’t realize how much technology is making our minds useless. All the skill and work has been taken

school I urge you to get involved in activities that will keep your mind busy and at work. Rather than spend endless hours watching TV you should read a book. Play sports and exercise daily because just as stupidity is increasing so is obesity.
Intellectual laziness has led to S.A.T. scores going down consistently in the last 14 years. Students must learn to think for themselves rather than have modern technology think for them.
