The reason why some people are in favor for euthanasia is because they do not want to see the patient terminally ill, or suffering from intolerable and excruciating pain. Taking a patient’s life because he/she is in so much pain and depression may be viewed as justifiable, however the nature of it is remains the same. It is an act of killing, which in itself is something that can never be accepted.
