This report is on hackers. I think at some point in time, everyone wants to be a hacker, maybe just to change a few grades on the report card, or even just to be the first one to know when the next Playstation system comes out. But some hackers are down right felons. Within those packets can be very important things such as usernames and passwords, credit card numbers, etc…. Each packet has an Ethernet. An Ethernet is a numerical address. Each computer is supposed to read only its own Ethernet address, but, an Ethernet packet sniffer could be around. They are a software that allows the network administrator, or hacker, to “eavesdrop” on what people are sending out.
