The most controversial question arising out of William Shakespeare’s Hamlet, is whether or not Prince Hamlet is sane or not. As far as how the characters in the play are concerned, Hamlet is a mental case. If they could only know what the audience knows, I’m sure they would realize that every act by Hamlet had a reasonable explanation behind it. Tons of proof from the play has been presented, along with interpretations of Hamlet’s hysterical acts, which prove once and for all, Hamlet was sane.
