is just such a work that can stir up a lot of minds and interest, maybe that is way it just won't go away. Vonnegut's writing fits right in with the feelings of generation 'x', and even though the things he talks about are long gone the issues still stay current. This reader feels very much in touch with the ideas that the author is trying to convey in his books and especially in Slaughterhouse-Five.
