During a United Nations’ conference of parties on December of 1997 in Kyoto Japan, the United Nations had a convention on climate change. their constitutional rights. I think this is not only the United States’ responsibility but the entire worlds. And I think every country should sign and achieve this treaty. This treaty forces countries to voluntary save our environment and be more concerned to one another. Like the saying says: united we stand, divided we fall. If we really want to make a difference in current ecological events we have to work on preserving our earth unitedly.
