to always criticize Clinton, how could he possibly know if the president actually helped the blacks? Its impossible for one to see the right side if you’re always looking for the wrong side. It seems to me that our previous president has helped the African-American social status, and people should try acknowledging this fact instead of finding an unsupportive reason for this encouraging outcome.
