Lost in Yonkers
The overall criticism of “Lost in Yonkers” is that the characters are rich with many sides and that they provide the plot with enough complexity to make the story work well. I, on the other hand, think that there wasn’t enough to the characters. I think that the story could have used a character that was a stereotype for a specific character trait.

but I think it was too little too late. It was not as believable that she could have those emotions, because you were expecting a simple childlike person and out of nowhere she now has adult like comprehension of life and relationships.
Again the critics and I disagree on something. They claim that the author’s characters are complete and whole people. But I think that the work shows the characters as flat, single-dimensional stereotypes.
