completely. In fact, maybe Holden should have attempted to retain time, much like the museum he refers to and much like I have, and refuse to allow his childish inclinations completely waste away. In the end, it may be hard to avoid and/or to accept losing those precious beginning years, but realizing you have grown older is a lot easier when you hold on to just a smidgen of those young and foolish ways.
