One can open up an advertisement and it won’t take long to find men and women posing in stereotypical ways, women being women and men being men. territory which challenges these ideologies. With this understanding, what it means to be a young adult can be enriched by a respect for qualities, which are not so superficial and offer rich relationships.
We must learn to filter these precarious influences and develop ways of adopting certain aspects of them while rejecting the aspects which may be limiting. At the same time it is healthy to use some which can be fun and exciting.
