Michelangelo was pessimistic in his poetry and an optimist in his artwork. Michelangelo’s artwork consisted of paintings and sculptures that showed humanity in it’s natural state. Michelangelo was a role model for the people of his time as well as for the people of today. Michelangelo was also a great poet, a pessimist, but a great one. Michelangelo is my role model. I respect him for the works that he did and the talent that he had. I want to be like Mike.
