There were many killed by the initial explosions, however, several others developed cancer, lost their vision, or lived the remainder of their lives with disabilities. These people's homes and cities were annihilated. They lost relatives and family. Innocent people's lives became tumultuous and chaotic all in the blink of an eye. There has to be an alternative way to solve conflicts and disputes without costing so many blameless civilians their lives and homes.
