The philosophy of coaching that I want to express to my players is that playing sports is a gift. I believe all athletes should approach sports that way. the areas I have discussed here are all factors that coaches defiantly will experience while they are working in the field. In coaching it is imperative that a coach be a good people person. Nearly all of a coach’s job is dealing with other people. I believe that I would be a good basketball coach because I am a people person and I enjoy teaching people about the great sport of basketball.
