show the men what they are doing is part of their religion. Another issue that each party could learn how to value contributions from all family members equally. This would show each persons point of view.
After learning each point of view in this issue, learning their positions, interests, and issues, I could see how this problem could be solved. If each party looked at the issue, then they would understand the whole picture easier.
