How can a procedure that is not suitable for an animal be used so frequently on babies in the United States. With facts like these to back up this claim there should be no reason that partial-birth abortions are still being performed at such a rapid rate. Hopefully this year Congress will put an end to this painful, unnecessary, and heinous procedure.
