the rest of the world resents U.S. superiority and influence. I agree with Huntington’s outlook that a multipolar system of major states will alleviate global tension and conflicts. Sensibly, I don’t think there is an ideal system that can create an absolute stable world. The notion is unfeasible. However, I believe the best world system is one that contains the least potential conflicts and I deem a multipolar system fits this characterization.
