the “Heave Ho”. The Heave Ho has been called several names since its creation (air101.com). It is quite a modern half-pipe trick. It is a half twist done upward towards the sky (air101.com). Another is the “McTwist” which was invented by a skateboarder legend, Mike McGill back in the 1980’s. It took longer for this trick to be adapted by snowboarders because of it having to be done in the half-pipe (air101.com).
