of Adjuncts is very important and we need to do everything we can to better the conditions of part time professors. They work very hard and they deserve better conditions and benefits than they get. I hope that after the hearing it would improve and government will give more money to better their situation.
P.S. I assumed the writer as a “He” because the author of the poem is a man.
