The Panopticon is all around us, invisible, shaping, molding and structuring us for a cause that we don’t necessarily fit into. Through a silent intimidation and fear it is able to instill in us a conduct code: a way to act. It works for a capitalistic cause, pushing and de-humanizing people to better itself. It is important to realize that the panoptic structure usually has a leader, whom if successful can create mechanic minions

In a way the panopticon can create order through chaos. It can alleviate deviation and silently create a code of behavior. The Panopticon can also destroy, tearing individuality away, leaving barren, lobotomized people as a watchdog for an unworthy cause. It is impossible to erase. We cannot avoid it, because we are in it. We can however, take a step back and tell ourselves, “We wont let it take us away”.
