“The Pardoner’s Tale” One might assume that the person telling the story has a lot to do with the story they're telling. This is the case in the Geoffrey Chaucer's "The Canterbury Tales." …showed last 75 words of 460 total…a “Pardoner” is know to be, the character (the voice/Pardoner), and the tale that he tells. “Pardoner’s” are known to take advantage of generous people. Which is what the character of the Pardoner admits to doing. With that he shows himself as being greedy and a hypocrite, which are the main traits portrayed in the tale. Ironic how Chaucer wrote in a good message and at the same time made it seem interesting.
