are always looking for something new and better than what they had before. Is it right that they still practice these experiments, I don’t believe so. Why kill more people or ruin American lives for something that we have already figured out. Whether these experiments are going on or not we will never know, but, I just hope they are a lot more careful than they were in “The Search for the Manchurian Candidate”.
