This shows how our judicial system has changed over the years. To Kill a Mockingbird can be regarded as a commentary of the American judicial system. Justice in the 1930’s was unfair and was eventually changed. Now, in 2001, I feel that everyone gets a fair trial no matter what sex, social class, or, race.
