This subject is very hard for me to rationalize on since getting my license, was a focal point in my growing years. Yes, some people may even get taken into the police station that just brushed their teeth but it would just be a part of reality, something that happens to everyone, just like getting stooped at a red light. I don’t think that there should be any restrictions once you get your license.
