the Lidice massacre, this essay will briefly discuss the events which took place surrounding and
including the massacre, what people knew and why

I have also learned that reporting is sometimes modified to meet the objectives of the
government or party which is in control. If a government or party wants to arouse sentiment in
one way or another, an effective tool of manipulation is through the media; the public’s primary
source of information about the world.
