Aristotle and St. Augustine both have a very beautiful outlook on how to live a good life. Aristotle explains in his books that to have a “good” life one must achieve happiness. At the same time Augustine proclaims in his book that one must be at peace to achieve happiness. After reading the work of these two authors I found that their work goes hand in hand.

is exactly what Aristotle speaks about in his books. If one finds what one is looking for in life and is at peace, then one has achieved happiness. At the same time if one has achieved happiness, then one is at peace. This is how these two philosophers are so alike because their teachings go hand in hand. Both are amazing men and have a beautiful outlook on how to live a good life.
