All Quiet On The Western Front was an extraordinary book. It actually made me realize what war was really like. I could never even imagine what it would have been like to experience it. Paul gave some examples of what happened in the war that were so unbelievable. I have learned so much from this book and I have so much more respect for the people who actually fought in it.
