Fahrenheit 451 Book vs Video This paper is intended to cover the differences that I noticed in the movie from the book. There were a vast amount of differences as well as similarities. I will cover very few similarities. I believe the book was a lot better then the movie. Primarily because of how cheesy it was. …showed last 75 words of 198 total…are equally important today, notably the role of entertainment in life, political correctness, and necessities for happiness. One of the first things I noticed was the wife’s name. In the movie her name was Linda, whereas in the book it Mildred. The character the had chosen to play the role of his little neighbor girl was far to old looking for that part. I believe her name was wrong in the movie as well.
