said before the author leans towards on side but he still presents a good side for people who believe in corporal punishment. My mom would use corporal punishment to show who’s the boss and that no way in hell would she lets us be in control to the point that she would fear us. Which you hear everyday where kids would hit and abuse their parents because the parents weren’t using parental authority.
