meanings for this ever-popular poem, it might be better if we distance ourselves and try and finding our own personal meaning or interpretation. Personally I think this poem makes perfect sense to be about Santa Clause. “Whose woods these are I think I know,” he knows because he is Santa. “My little horse….” Is a reindeer, “Darkest evening of the year”…..Dec 24, “But I have promises to keep” all the presents need to be delivered.
