After the longest semester of my college career, and endless hours of Learning and Teaching homework, I think I’ve come up with my limited and juvenile definition of being a teacher. Although the fact still remains, that I will not become a teacher, I believe that a teacher is a person who has certain characteristics, somewhat like a parent. possibly given in a lifetime. Teaching is a profession that is self-paying and selfishly enough, self-gratifying. A job limited by a few, but occupied by the greatest.
P.S. I’d like to thank all my teachers for their undying and unselfishness throughout my limited years in school. It is now that I truly understand and appreciate all that was done and sacrificed on my behalf. Once again I say “Thank you”.
