Also if the German leader Georg Leo Von Caprivi had renewed the treaty between Russia and Germany the Germans and Russians would not have killed eachother and they would possibly have won the Great War. This loss and having to pay billion for the Allies started another disagreement. This also started a foundation to hate the other European countries and World War II was started later
