to put all of my work down and have a little bit of fun too. It cleanses my head from my problems and when I start to do my work again I can focus. I now realize that stress will never go away, but I know I will be able to deal somewhat with all of the stressors that may occur in life. Stress does not have to control me, I have to control it.
