Communication in the Workplace
When you think of communication what do you normally think of? Simple, right? Well when you break it down into steps and details, it becomes a little more complicated than you had perceived in the past. In this paper I will break it down into the details and steps that you unconsciously take during communication.
Communication has four different modes. Otherwise called the modes of communication. The first mode is reading.

each other. An example of two-way communication is the telephone. Both people are sending and receiving messages. One-way communication is a little trickier because you do not receive a message back. It is a message being sent with no feedback. A good example of one-way communication is a television or a radio.
I hope that you have a better understanding of communication and realize that communication is a little more complicated than you had perceived.
