Demolition requires degrees and specialization in many areas, such as Engineering, Computer Literacy, Construction Management and ability to work well with budgets. Demolition also requires specialization in safety more then most areas in construction. This is because Demolition is one of the most unsafe jobs.

Demolition pays very well because of its high risk nature. However the pay can fluctuate greatly due to the level of destruction or the demand for it. And as the project to be destructed grows larger the salary does also. In conclusion demolition although very dangerous can be a very providing job and in the long run a very rewarding career.
