The "technocity" become disaggreagated losing it's interdependence. This disaggregation functions as a from of segregation isolating mostly minorities who cant' afford to commute to these jobs. As a solution to disaggregation sorkin suggest that funding from insurance companies and federal aid should not be focused on the downtown area due to the lost of the World Trade Center. These funding should focused on the city as a whole to benefit the city as a whole.
