Some of the motifs are more obvious then others and some play a larger role in the play, but without them, the play would just not be the same. All of the motifs stated the same general idea; dark, gloomy, rainy scenes. But what if one of the motifs were taken out of the play, would the play still be able to make the same points or would the other motifs make sense if one of the motifs was not there?
