…showed last 75 words of 1633 total…have an internal desire to well at their job and succeed, because if they do not, there is not much that can be done to motivate someone who already feels they should not work the best they can. The ideas presented by Maslow are excellent ideas to keep employees motivated and happy, but using them alone will more than likely not work. People need to have something internally in order to keep it fueled externally.
