As the times change, the ways of justice need to change. Megan's Law was created to help make the justice system present a better sense of justice. Unfortunately, Megan's Law does not present a fair sense of justice for the whole of society. It presents a justice for the victim, but not for the offender. The government ought to figure out a way to make Megan's Law a real justice for all.
